This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process and protect your personal data when you use our website, our customer feedback kiosks and our dashboard.
1. Data we collect
We collect personal data only when strictly necessary:
- From business leads and clients: Name, business email, phone number and company details.
- From end customers (feedback kiosk): Name, phone number, email address (optional), complaint description and optional photo attachments.
- Automated data: IP addresses, browser types and timestamp data, for security monitoring.
2. Purpose of collection
We use your data strictly to:
- Deliver customer feedback directly to branch managers in real time.
- Provide aggregated, anonymous analytics to business owners.
- Contact business leads regarding our enterprise solutions.
- Maintain the security and technical performance of our platform.
3. Third-party processing and AI
To provide our service, your data is processed using secure, enterprise-grade third-party infrastructure:
- Cloud infrastructure: Hosted securely on Supabase.
- Automation routing: Handled via secure webhooks, exclusively for internal notifications.
- AI processing: Complaint descriptions and their category are processed by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate automated shift briefings. Names, phone numbers and email addresses are never sent to the AI processor; only the complaint category and the description text are sent. Because that description is free text written by the customer, we ask customers not to include additional personal details inside it.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to unauthorised third parties.
4. Data storage and retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by Saudi law.
5. Your rights under the PDPL
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:
- Be informed about the collection and processing of your data.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
- Withdraw your consent for data processing at any time.
