1. Use of the Service

YourVoice provides a platform for businesses to collect, manage and analyse customer feedback in real time.

• Business users: You agree to use the dashboard and insights for legitimate business operations and in strict compliance with all applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• End customers: You agree to use the feedback kiosks respectfully. Abusive, defamatory or unlawful submissions are strictly prohibited and may be flagged.

2. Account security

Business users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their administrative login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or breach of security.

3. Subscription, free trial and billing

YourVoice is sold as a monthly subscription per branch. The standard price is SAR 149 per month. A founding price of SAR 69 per month is available to our first 100 subscribing businesses and is limited to that offer.

• Free trial: New business users get a 30 day free trial, starting on the day your dashboard is activated. The trial requires no payment details and does not convert into a paid subscription automatically.
• When the trial ends: We will contact you before day 30. If you choose to subscribe, billing starts on the day the trial ends. If you do not, access to the dashboard is suspended and your data is kept for 30 days so that you can export it or resume, after which it may be deleted.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew each month until cancelled. Prices are in Saudi Riyals and exclude VAT, which is added at the rate required by law.
• Founding price: If you subscribe at the founding price it stays at SAR 69 per month for as long as your subscription runs without interruption. If you cancel and later return, the standard price applies.
• Changes to price: We will give at least 30 days notice by email before changing the price of an active subscription.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. Your subscription runs to the end of the month you have already paid for and is not renewed after that.
• Refunds: Monthly fees already paid are not refunded in part when you cancel mid month. This does not affect your rights under Saudi consumer protection law, and we will refund in full anything we have charged in error.

A price shown on our website in error is not a binding offer to sell. If a price is displayed incorrectly we will tell you before taking any payment.

4. AI processing and third-party integrations

Our Service uses artificial intelligence (including Google Gemini) to summarise feedback and generate shift briefings, alongside third-party automation tools to route notifications. By using the Service you acknowledge and consent to this data processing architecture.

We are not responsible for generative errors or "hallucinations" produced by the AI summaries. Managers should always refer to the original complaint text when making critical operational decisions.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, YourVoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, operational delays or business interruptions.

6. Service modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice to active Business Users for any major changes that substantially impact core business operations.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh.
